The sculpt mentorship pathway
1| ENROLL ONTO MENTORSHIP
Six weeks before your practical training begins, you'll receive your starter training kit delivered to your door, along with exclusive access to our online learning platform featuring over 61 comprehensive lessons. This allows you to build a strong foundation of knowledge before stepping into the academy, so you can maximise your hands-on training experience.
2| IN CLASSROOM TRAINING
During your first day in the academy, you'll consolidate everything you've learnt through the online learning platform while developing the practical skills needed to perform SPMU treatments safely and confidently. You'll receive hands-on guidance, demonstrations and personalised feedback, ensuring your technique is progressing to the high standard we expect before working on live clients.
3| CASE STUDIES
Once you've completed your practical training, you'll begin working towards your case studies to build your confidence, refine your technique and prepare for qualification.You'll never be expected to navigate this stage alone. Throughout your case studies, you'll receive continuous support from our team, including regular check-ins, personalised feedback and honest guidance to help you improve with every treatment. Whether you need advice on your technique, healed results, client suitability or simply reassurance, we're here to support you every step of the way.
If you don't yet have access to your own clinic or treatment space, you're also welcome to use our professional academy facilities to complete your case studies. We want to remove as many barriers as possible, allowing you to focus on developing your skills and gaining the confidence needed to begin your career as a successful Semi Permanent Makeup Artist.
4| ASSESMENT & SKILL REFINING DAY
Once you've successfully completed your case studies, you'll return to the academy for your final assessment day and an additional day of advanced practical training. During this session, you'll revisit the models you treated during your initial training to complete their top-up appointments, giving you invaluable experience of the full SPMU treatment journey. This is also an opportunity to refine your technique, overcome any challenges you've encountered during your case studies and receive personalised coaching to elevate your results even further.
Our assessment day is designed to be supportive, not intimidating. We'll work closely with you to fine-tune your skills, build your confidence and ensure you're fully prepared to begin your career as a qualified Semi Permanent Makeup Artist.By the time you qualify, our goal is for you to feel confident, capable and excited to begin treating your own paying clients.
